In 2006 I began studying Karate at the
Port Credit Academy of Martial Arts and I realized the positive benefits and
rewarding accomplishments of Karate. Karate has become a huge part of my life,
and I am thrilled to say I am now a NIdan. Early in my studies I began assisting The Sensei’s and Senpai’s
and was amazed to see the wonderful changes Karate brought out in the children
of the Dojo. We began the Young Minds
Karate Club, in 2012 and am thrilled to be a part of this as well.
